Abert Estates Utilities Information

Here is an overview of utility information for the Abert Estates subdivision:

Water: Abert Estates residents get their water from domestic wells. The upside to this is that there is no water bill. The cost associated with a well comes from maintaining the system

Sewer: Residents of Abert Estates are on Septic Systems. These are generally, pressure type systems. Although there is no sewage bill in Abert Estates, the cost related to the septic system is on going maintenance. This would be for periodic system cleaning.

Electricity: Electrical service in the Abert Estates subdivision is provided by Mountain View Electric

Natural Gas: Natural Gas service is provided by Colorado Springs Utilities.

Telephone: Qwest provides telephone service for Abert Estates. Comcast, the cable company also provides phone service in Abert Estates. This service is sold as part of their bundled services.
